I don't know why this got brought up now. The disclosure of the planned sale coincide with the perceived downturn of the market when SEPR hit 140 and back down to 135. Two of the directors filed to sell 10K shares then. This was also a few day before the Xopenex announcement. This was followed a few day later by two more directors. However, one of them apparently has a record of trying to time the market and sold right at the bottom of last October. Even so, I did not like it and called IR a while back but was told that the number of shares sold were small compare to their holdings and that no one else sell a single share. I think a lot of people did not like it and this may have contributed to the difficulty we have recently.
