Nitrous Oxide is for shallow dives (less than 100 feet)<g>. This puppy is going lower..... I was in and out of CPQ a couple of times last year. It's gonna have to be a real bargain for me to consider it again in the near-term. My guess is it breaks the 52 week low of 22 15/16 but I doubt if it goes below 20. Look at COMS and ORCL in the past month. They were both flirting at 20 and 21 respectively this past week. ORCL made their earnings target but got punished because of revenue concerns..... CPQ should get punished worse than ORCL. CPQ will get blistered because they missed so badly and waited so long to announce. Somebody will lose a job over this. Doubt it's EP for now, but it's only 50/50 he lasts the year. They've lost credibility. The problem with jumping in on the low, is it's dead money for at least the next quarter, maybe two. "Show me the money" will take on a new meaning for CPQ with Wall Street. You know, "burn me once, shame on you. Burn me twice, shame on me." My guess is 20 3/8 sometime next week. The whole tech sector will pay for this on Monday and Tuesday. Maybe INTC earnings will change sentiment. While Nitrous Oxide doesn't allow you to go deeper, it does allow you to stay down longer. Maybe that's appropriate, because I doubt if it sees 30 again for the next quarter. Maybe longer.
