Stephen, What you are asking for, if I am reading you correctly, is a very extensive and complex matrix of feature and pricing plans. The variables include, but are not limited to, - operating locale, - the type and desired mix of services, - the basic mode of operation, be it GSM, AMPS, etc. - the actual wireless telephone instrument used - other, normal call volume and distance metrics For the most part, these can be sorted out at the following site, if you take the time to do the various search and select functions that match the variables I've listed above: wirelessdimension.com It summarizes the phones which are available for each plan, as well.
