Hi Andrew and I can't remember but I think you mentioned it before how you figured out the IDTC has 35 million shares outstanding. The Yahoo Profile on IDTC is still reporting 23.4 million as outstanding. I would appreciated your reviewing it one more time for me if you would.

theory as to the marketwatch article. why were there just "no comments" from softbank? final consent agreement is done and will be announced sooner than we know.

i knew i should never trust yahoo for this. thanks for the correction on the market article. now we also have idtc at a value of over 1 billion.
