What really happened with Andy Mann should be obvious to anyone who's followed this thread for months and has read the new transcripts, or even the excerpts we've provided here. Beyond that, well, I don't doubt it'll all come out eventually. Quite a few doors were opened in the course of the January/February hearings. And as I said before, I don't for a moment doubt that the defense, which has not put on any case at all, knows a lot more than it's telling. This is occasionally indicated by the questions defense counsel ask, and the foundations they lay. The freeze? Yes, I think it'll be lifted at some point. But I don't think any stock will be "cancelled" or "returned". And you know what that means. Or should do.
