Exactly ... Voice your opinion on this issue. There is a lot of changes coming and all of them so far are great and will do a lot to clean up the OTC.

1.) The delisting of non reporting stocks. This is going to hurt all those that can tout these no reporting POS because there is no information except what the company wants you to believe and the inter gods opinions become fact.

2.) April 6 instead of it being unethical to own stock in a company an IR now cannot. I resigned as IR of CNHH so I could buy it and hold stock in my account.

3.) Disclosure rules changes will make it even harder for information to be discussed and out before the release. This is a landmark and hope it goes through too.

4.) I hear there is a proposition to tax the on line brokers that charge small commissions. That is going to cause some serious damage.

5.) plus I hear these website and special email that people use to sell into the buying "scalping" is going to be addressed real soon...
