Teevee I agree RT and Company have just raised there Salaries to 150,000 per year for the next 5 years.They are being well paid already there is no need for another 1.5mil options. Maybe the 1.5mil options should go to all shareholders in Winspear??? The spinoff of DiamondX will also be to the benifit of Management as they will get Options on that Company too. PS Time for Shareholders to recieve Something for a change.

teevee, I haven't seen the info circular yet,...but I'm making a guess that increased number of stock options may be directly proportional to the increase in number of employees over the last year. They are giving more and more incentive stock options to their junior/senior employees,.....as well as directors. If this is the case, I would be in favor. Definitely should be discussed before the meeting. Might be wise if we all take this up with Sophie or RT. russett

I would agree with your questions 1 and 2. Diamondex will continue to be diluted and 1.5 million shares will seems small potatoes as more and more exploration $ are needed.

Teevee I can't agree with you on this. Whatever the reason for it You can be sure it's a good reason. We want RT and his merry men to remain merry ,en first of all and to be fully motivated to creatinv share price raather than some other way of meeting their greed quotient. What better way than bags of options. After all they'll only get the same bids to consider that we ger. Cheers.
