As indicated, EU integration will be crucial for long term balkan peace. Rather than shipping the refugees around like cattle they could offer them entrance to EU countries and possibly the west (U.S. and Canada). Kosovo will not be solved quickly, and won't be habitable for a long while.

Had we invaded CUBA like the hawks wanted the world or what would what would be left of it would be still be re-building and I wouldn't be here, I doubt the internet would. An accident ? ---------------------- I don't think we can bomb the SERBS to death without we kill our self too. This is not Viet Nam, or Iraq, make no mistake these people will die if need be , but they take the enemy with them, in fact Nam would have ended like that had we not got out. Has NATO come to think they are to be the dictators to all mankind. We should not have jumped the UN as much as it might not succeed in the ways people think it should, had it not been for the breathing space afforded by the UN , Kosovo would not be the issue today this world as you know it would not exist it would have ended back in the 60ts, and it can still happen. China who has lagged in this Nuke race informed the U.S. via the back doors years ago that if we dare to use Nukes they will unleash biological weapons of which they have a substantial lead. They will devastate this country in a way that is beyond the thinking of most people, and we have no defense against it at all. I ran into this back in the 70ts. Believe me China is looking at this and we better not screw up. They don't even need to send the stuff here, it's ready all ready, all they need to do is send the signal. Still we have a few hawks who think that is a bluff and they are convinced we can have a limited Nuclear war and survive, and are pushing to test that idea. God help us all if one Nuke is used and traced to the U.S. It will then be Armageddon. I hate to think of it but if it happens then it happens, I wonder what thoes who laugh at the idea will feel like if does happen. Do you know how to commit suiside properly, if not I suggest you learn, as death could well be a blesing compared the results this could produce. Jim
