Looking back at late-1998 to early-1999 issues of Infrastructure, Carl Johnson has been consistently positive on the outlook of PHTN. I recall in a conversation that he had a target of around $10 by summer. It looks to me like the target needs to raised significantly if the Lehman estimates are reasonable. I still wonder if they can deliver on the manufacturing end, and whether they will be a takeover target if they don't deliver. I have a truckload.

"something is going on with this stock" Could it be that there is anticipation of a good quarterly report? FPD's are doing better than well. PHTN is a beneficiary of this product cycle.

I also bought CPQ a few days back as well as some OCT 25 calls.

Does anyone know if PHTN is a potential candidate for acquisition?

Any comments concerning the increases volume in share activity the last few days would be welcome.
