ho ho ho. That's Santa's tune... As for double speak, ever heard of phrase, turn about is fair play. You are so biased you don't think straight. Guess Mike Burke got to you? As to conflict of interest? Maybe, maybe not. Im not a share holder at present. nor am I upper management. But if you say so, I will refrain from further comment.

Skeeter, don't start that again. It is eminently possible for a MU employee to be happily employed and also trade the stock both short and long, despite trading blackouts, etc. Looks like DeNiles has gotten another one of his day-before-announcement leaks directly from the company, in this case Intel. They announce earnings tomorrow and my bet is that any bad news got priced in at "no charge" today with the CPQ bad news from Friday. A glance at the broad average of your choice says that this morning was the traditional put-selling opportunity for Big Money, and IMO we've seen the lows for the week, including Micron. Still looking for 47 1/2 at the close. Thus, I've liquidated my 50 - 47 1/2 put spreads. Looking to leg in to a 42 1/2 - 45 or 42 1/2 - 47 1/2 for expiration, but I'll do both pieces in one day or not at all. Premium burn this week absolutely prevents any but the most insider of insiders to make any money legging-in overnight.
