ComputerBucks Ends Talks With Norstar Group Inc.

BRADENTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 9, 1999--CEO & Founder of The ComputerBucks Club Inc., Carlton A. Glassford has put Norstar Group Inc. (OTC BB:NSTG) of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. on notice of his decision to withdraw from negotiations and has rejected their second expired Intent to Purchase Agreement.

The notice states that all negotiations have ceased.

Glassford stated, "Our visions and ways of doing business are not in concert," and, "It is in the best interest of The ComputerBucks Club to move on."

Norstar Group Inc. has been put on notice to cease and desist with the use of the company's name.
