Jim, I may be dumb but I really can't figure out where all of the hypsters have gone. I don't think SI chased them away.

I do agree there will be a very active week ahead with hype and maybe some news but I doubt you will have the answers to the questions you just asked.

Fill me in on your thoughts either here or PM. Hey! maybe that's where all of the hype has gone!!

Bully: Some posters on the MDIN thread want "Apology's for pure
lack of DD by others to share" hmmm well it seem's that way. I
wonder who will get an apology here for the way some were
treated over a month back with the slams to there DD. efforts and
questions about the actions of the company with no responce to
E-Mail and telephone calls on the following questions:
1. When is the AGM to be held for NPEC this year
2. Were are the 10,000,000 shares that were issued and what were
they for?
3. What is the date for the issue of the financials promised from
1998 or for that matter 1997.
4. Where is the information from the oil deal that the company was
to tell us of from over a year, they were to get a project vender into
NPEC in a new field for the one lost by the twists and turns over a
year of great hype in a deal that never came full turn. Lot's of
money went down on that one IMO. Where did it go and who has
the cash? or who has the cash?

We have never seen any answers to these and many more so what
gives?

Jim You and the rest of us may never receive the answers to your legitimate questions because NPEC is not a reporting Company and it at least appears that they don't intend to become one anytime soon, it will be interesting to see if a "reputable" Accounting firm would take on the task of providing audited financial statements for them!
