Some of the companies margins are not shrinking, e.g., DELL, GTW.
Demand is at the 14% a year unit growth rate currently.
Pricing power depends on product category.

The victors in this war will pickup the unit growth from the losers.

Stock pickers will pay a premium for the winners and will discount the losers.

So there is profit for both the vultures (bears) and the eagles (bulls) depending on the stock.
