I came across a reference to a big conference (I believe
the subject was TV or entertainment of some kind) being held soon in Malta. <<<<

Would that be the annual Napolean Bonapart "Short People" Shag dancing contest?

OFF TOPIC:

Michael, Hal, or anyone. Nice day in Cleveland for doing some outside household repairs. I see that some of the white paint is coming off of my masonry, and itÕs down to bare cement again. QUESTION: Should I have put a primer coat on before I painted it with masonry paint three years ago? In hindsight, I think I may have put on some indoor paint by accident two years ago, some paint that I had left over when I ran out of masonry paint. It was getting dark, and I wanted to finish the job that day. Well, thatÕs where itÕs peeling now.
Anyhow, I have to climb up on the ladder, and then use my twenty two foot extension paint pole, since itÕs about 40 feet up towards the top of the chimney. Any helpful hints will be appreciated. I didnÕt think IÕd need primer paint, if I just used a good masonry paint. But itÕs plain to see some air pockets formed behind portions of the paint, and thatÕs where itÕs coming off now.
Just thinking about it, IÕve decided to wait until tomorrow before I do it. Hope thereÕs some Ampex handymen on the board. I know Hal is an occasional Electrician. I use his Òpound on the wallÓ method to repair some of my bad electrical connections myself.
