Interesting thoughts...If I was a CD Plus s/h I would approve. By doing a RTO they can get non restricted free trading shares now instead of waiting for 1 or 2 yrs. This makes more sense than being tied up and not being able to trade when the internet sector is so hot. The wave is now and this seems to be the fastest way to own @ 90% of a public company and be able to trade the shares right away.
