bgr, you didn't correct anything. in 1996, dell lost 6.38%. they turned the trend around in 1997 and only lost 3.22%. instead of that trend positive continuing, dell hit and inflection point and the trend abruptly reversed and turned very negative. dell lost 7.69% in 1998. if you back far enough you can use the statistics to say what you want. the trend has turned negative. that was the point. since it is fact and truth - you can't correct it except in your own mind.
