TO All:

A short comment on Bob Gardner's 4/9/99 letter to shareholders.

I get the feeling that we received a "straight talk no nonsense" resume of the present situation; and for that we owe Mr. Gardner a vote of thanks.

Obviously, everything now seems to depend on favorable results from the pilot plant. Without it, we are dead. With it, tremendous possibilities will emerge.
