Cheeky, How many different postings do you have to provide that discuss what was simply a Y2K communications check?? They did not do a full-scale test of the power generation, distribution, and transmission system. It was only to insure that they had the appropriate commo network set up in case phone service was interrupted. I don't know who you're trying to convince, except maybe yourself. It will be well into fall before I'm going to be willing to express any form of absolute comfort level with the power grid maintaining 100% functionality. I need more facts, not hype/anti-hype.
