Sean

I use disk keeper and backup exec to do this nightly on four physical disks.

Do you point to Fat16 partitions as well as NTFS? And does the drive that you have Diskeeper and BE installed on have to be booted from in order for scheduled executions to take place? I end the day usually booted fom either of two operational drives and am trying to avoid an extra boot at the end of the day to be set for Diskeeper and BE to execute later that nite.I also only want to have these apps installed in one place. I've had some advise that the installed upon drive should be the booted drive. But you're the first actual user of these apps to weigh in...so, as usual, I hang on your every word<g>
