Zeus,

And a US firm may well have reviewed it, in fact I would have little doubt a US firm DID review it. Chances are a US firm are the only ones that would know for sure what the SEC requirements are. But that is my opinion. Have you considered this situation....a Mexican firm did all the usual auditing, so they wre named, the US firm did only a review and confirmation, not the actual record keeping, so their name was not on it as auditor. It seems to me that is what would have occurred.

When we go public, and we have discussed this with our accountant already, and he is a CPA, his booking and auditing numbers will be used....but a firm more knowledgable in SEC requirements will review his numbers, confirm them to their satisfaction and his name will be on the paperwork as the official auditor, though the other firm will oversee it to be sure the SEC requirements are fulfilled.

As for JAWS, I am sure the figures will be scrutinized and the company will have made sure they are correct before filing them, irregardless of who the auditor or reviewer is.
