I'm still missing the "flagpole" this time. A crap stock should show a 60% to 250% flagpole (measured from the slow $ movement before).

Does anyone have a sense of why the 10-K is late? I have searched around and can't find anything. Is it some normal thing or could the massive insider selling be connected to its tardiness?
