Pssst, Barry, there is no way that the Serbs will allow Kosovo to be occupied only by Albanians. Therefore there are three solutions:

1. Serbs Leave.
2. Albanians Leave.
3. They find a way to both live in Kosovo.

I'm opting for #3 by dividing Kosovo. U.N. troops would of course be required to patrol the borders; along with demilitarization of the Serbian Kosovo region.
