hi mopack, wondering if you tried the aol online techs, or the aol toll-free number to see what they say? a lot (some?) of what you've described can often be attributed to aol specifically. aside from that, it sounds like maybe a video driver prob. :) mark

You might try using a different browser and see if you have the same problems -- that'll help you troubleshoot and give you another avenue to the web if it works. Just minimize the AOL browser and launch ie or netscatpe. Mouse driver maybe?

Hello Mo. Just got home. Now this is going to sound crazy but I swear it is the truth. I had a similar problem that you discussed once and you want to know how I fixed it? Now this sounds crazy but I have never had the problem since. I simply cleaned my mouse!!!! Try it and tell me if it works. BTW.. does that problem only happen when you go online with AOL or do you have another ISP that you can test it on? dawg
