My cable modem is very fast 25 time faster than 56 k modem.Espacialy when i download.In response to sir Francis Drake i suspect also problem At Cyber server.Never had any problem with my cable modem anywhere else.I am not able to retrieve my statistics at home with cable modem.Oblige to do it with 56k modem or when i do it at Penson Web site no Problem.Hope they will be able to fix that in near future.We would appreciate to know if other users have these problems also.I think it is constructive to make sure Cyber is aware of this major situation and not only by us.Onless we are alone with the problem.
