floyd, here's a dumb question from a beginner: I've been noticing all the UCC filings you're talking about, like the Apollo Telecom deal. I realize everyone here knows the significance of these but will you spell it out for me? What exactly is being done there? BTW, great work and you have a check coming from me to help cover your expenses when I close my CYOE position.

Floydie, if CYOE is halted, will shares of CDO be greatly affected?BTW Great work.I'm surprised the SEC hasn't begged you to work for them full time.

I think you are out by about a million. I think he also controlled another 850,000 of the school stock which now seem to be controlled by Piper jaffray or someone at Piper Jaffray. Almost half the float?
