The following is a research report dtd 23 Mar 99. It would not let me copy and paste so I re-typed it. From Waterhouse research area under Zacks analyst recommendations area. On March 23, 1999, Prudential Securities analyst Michael Legg issued a 5 page Company Report on Safeguard Sctfc. Report highlights: “The companys ownership in Internet Capital Group (ICG), indirect 10% ownership in Verticalnet, and other internet related companies have changed the valuation parameters for its common stock. Internet Capital Group (ICG) is expected to go public late in the second quarter. An accumulate rating was maintained.”
