Good link, Vendit. To make it simple, cheaper computers means more people able to buy them, and simpler operating systems to surf the web, which all translates to more AOL customers.

Computers are commodities any more, and it is harder to justify faster processors without killer aps, which will be in the broadband area, IMO. In my mind, this means that AOL and ATHM (and some others) are the places to be. However, the average investor will not understand this for a while, and will sell techs because they think the Compaq problem applies to every tech company. Eventually they will figure out what is going on and the money will flow into nets and comm.
