Aloha Jocko, CNBC had several reports after the Christmas internet buying season summing it up. The biggest complaint was slow CSR response time and support. You can be sure that they will be all ears when it comes to the big boys announcing that they have a CSR solution as part of their package. This will DEFINITELY be a fun week with lots of news coverage IMHO. Our time has come Bert P.s. One consolation about the long wait, at least now we qualify for long term capital gains :)))
