Fred, you protest too much. I did not make any comparison between IPMCF and VLNC, if it was so misconstrued by you, blame some degree of excess paranoia. Can't you read? I said quite clearly that I am not getting into the argument between Mooter and Wexler, the simple reason is that I really do not know, and this point I do not have an opinion. Maybe you know for sure, but my feeling is that more than knowledge, you rely on hope.

I have stated a large number of times, if VLNC gets a timely order, it will see at least $11. If it does not, it needs more financing (and I also stated that the new CFO is probably capable of getting some of it, and probably not the toxic kind, since Lev has already shown he fully comprehend the implications of toxic financing by getting the toxic clause out of the first tranche from CC).

Just stop seeing enemies around each corner. Another little advice, do not fall in love with any stock and never commit more than a rational portion of your assets to any single investment. No matter how promising it might be.

FMk,
As I have stated a few months ago, I was the licensing manager of high technology for over an extended period of time.
I have scanned the Valence patents and I concur, Valence has a proprietary position to license this technology for significant
dollars, up front !!!!. However, it is always difficult to license
technology, without first having established a viable commercial product marketing position. Valence may have the position, they are just playing the cards close to the vest.
IMHO
