I'm not certain that there is any requirement to the EWS (early warning system) beyond being accurate. In theory, they could satisfy SEC requirements by not saying anything at all and just reporting the problem at time of filing, right?

Earlie, yes I remember our conversation about CPQ's machinations.

CPQ tried to deflect questions with comments like "Prosigna sales are exceeding expectations", or "the DEC acquisition is going well" or Micheal Burke's favorite "services are booming". Now at the last minute the shoe finally drops. <g>
