i think a read a post that said a maint. fee is with the computer costs. may have been a yearly fee set up by a contractor...?

It is fixed by a subcontractor, the one in the march news..maybe it was Jan.

The smart way to maintain the Kissok is for a plug and play setup. If there is a hardware problem pull out tho old computer module and plug in the new. This way there would not have to be a large tech support team.

Many software problems could be fixed over the internet itself.
