That's a very classy offer, Nilesh, consistent with what I've seen from the Tandem contingent. I don't think anyone holds the Cupertino Division responsible for the poor - make that unsavory - performance of Compaq. Jimmy Treybig built a great company; it didn't enrich the stock holders , but the products were excellent and it was a great place to work - a corporate culture built on integrity and beer busts <g>. Great stuff. I have to agree with rudedog on the Roel issue. He did a poor job at UB, and and only replaced Jimmy as an interim step to the cpq acquisition. Pesatori is a different issue; he played well at the customers and partners, but he has too much class to be included in the 5fer clique. Frank
