Margin: Yes, I know of someone who lost close to 70G by overextending on margin back in October 98. They had to sell almost everything at a loss to appease the broker.. I think, like everything, moderation is the word and careful selection of stocks. If internets are bought, one must be on guard at all times....their volatility can catch one off guard!(as if I'm saying something everyone doesn't know!<g>) I, too, feel like we are at the edge of a big slide...although with Jenna, the MG thread and posters, we will handle it with ease.. I have never seen such huge gains in one day on one stock like we are seeing now...unbelievable. This market MAKES an investor become a trader for survival. Go with the flow is the saying?
