Tap,
First of all you must be a reincarnated mother hen with the patience of Jobe to be able to put up with all the crap that has been thrown at you.I suggest it might be alot easier to post a"most common questions and answers "section on your web site so you won't have to spend so much time answering the same issues over and over again.
An interview with Mr. Tilton imo would also be an extremely good idea .Maybe by using these ideas you could get back to your main responsibility, promoting this stock.
Thanks,
Dave

TAP, thanks for your "all will be revealed shortly" response. It didn't clear anything up, but I guess you have restrictions on what you can legally disseminate at this point. But the high quote on TIPS is a puzzle if, indeed, any "real" investor actually paid it.
Also, I don't think anyone here on the SI threads cares how many shares you've received; that's between you and Mr.Tilton although, if you're not legally bound to reveal the amounts, a simple "I've been compensated" might save you some bashing.

Anyway, here's another puzzle you may be able to comment on:
Total # of TIPS shares: 55.5 million
70% to be held by TNRG: 38.85 million
30% to be held by others: 16.65 million
Less 5.4 million in float leaves 11.25 million

If there are about 8 million shares in the TNRG float that means 2 million TIPS shares will be distributed to TNRG shareholders. That still leaves 9.25 million shares of TIPS to be held by "others". Who?? Am I missing something here?

One last thing: Someone mentioned that TIPS/TNRG won't be able to do Internet business in China because they don't hold an ISP license from China. Do they need one? Won't TIPS/TNRG only be establishing a web site for the mall, etc. using a Chinese ISP rather than their own ISP?
