I looked into YISS HTI and CDO. Andreini's old companies. From what I can figure out he was hired for his expertize in lease-financing. Wonder who put all of those deals together? He just resigned from CDO in Dec, HTI last month. YISS was bought out last month too! (at what) appeared to be it low. So I guess he is currently working only for Interworld. Oh and helping out the school with its investments.

Flodyie, I did this to track someone once too. You do not need to go to Long Beach. This can be done at any post office. You just fill out the form and pay $1. At least that's how it worked for me, unless they've changed it now.
