Ok here might be the problem. I paged Steve and he said to try to clear your cash. If you have netscape hit edit, then preferences, then advanced, then you will see cash click on both buttons to clear cash then it will work I think. Try it and calle at 800 247 5234 im at work now and would like to knwo if this works. Or just post on SI, im watching closely. Explorer you go to view, options, temporary internet iles, then advanced internet then clear the cash. Tom
