That is very different from what he
told my partner who has spoken to
him many times. I'll follow up.

Hi Chief,

"the answer I got from Peter was that over 2500 people are paying for and using Pennsaid right now. So your understanding, or his statement of 2500+ is wrong?"

I don't disagree with you. My question last week was how many of
the patients using Pennsaid repeated their prescription? I think
thats relevant because it means the patient believes Pennsaid is
really helping. To me thats a rough indicator of how the larger
market will react and most won't be paying out of their own
pockets. (ie: Does the patient think it works?)

Anyways, I got a response from Renny Ho in IR. Here is part of
what he said:

"While we do not disclose specific numbers, it is safe to say hundreds of patients have been using PENNSAID(R) Topical Lotion for over 12 months." Mr Ho also pointed out that a significant number
of patients are seniors on fixed income.

This is in line with what I heard earlier and I see it as very
positive. Hundreds of patients have been paying for Pennsaid
for over a year. Now lets get it approved so they can continue
to get relief under their drug plans.

Are you listening HPB?
