For whatever it's worth here is another interpretation of
David-Israel Rosen.
I did not think David's comment was censorious, and he has not given me the impression that he is a Pharmos "cheerleader."

Actually, I wasn't even going that... I thought it was funny! But then I'm looking at this investment as an option on a long shot, others have more at stake. Sorry for any mental anguish... meanwhile, awfully glad to have this convert issue behind us:
