Maybe management wants the stock price to stay at these levels... for now anyways!

My prediction for orders was June. No PR at said date regarding orders and I am dumping my shares at market the following day. Been long for 2 years and, for some reason, there is always another few months before ... Well, let's just say management has lost all credibility in my view. Weren't they supposed to answer some of the questions brought forth by a few of the investors posting on this thread? It's the last time I invest in a company in which the CEO holds around 1/3 of the shares outstanding, especially if the CEO thinks it's a one man show. Jack, LOR, Stang, Ed and Rick probably hold more shares than the Bod (besides Michael) excluding options and warrants. Isn't it funny to see these individuals work as hard as they can in trying to help management promote the product but to be unable to get a simple answer regarding ..... Once again, management promises but is unable to deliver. Sad, very sad.

I have absolutely no expertise in production matters, but there are some things that I think should be brought forward for evident reasons:

The conclusion of field trials now allows Pyng Medical Corp. the ability to free up staff, who were otherwise devoting time to field trials, to be fully involved in fast tracking the system into mass production

Why didn't management hire new personnel a couple of months ago to ensure that mass production was geared up and ready to proceed with ONCE the field trials were finished. Yes, it is obvious that they need the data collected from the field trials to proceed with the mass production analysis and to finalize the last design changes. However, if a production manager was hired a few months back, he would of already have identified the needed subcontractors, suppliers, and so on... thus saving us a month or so. Moreover, he would of already be in contact with several regional distributors.

My question that was asked on several occasions still remains unanswered! Has a new production manager been hired? I presume the answer is NO since there has been no PR in this regard.

WHEN ARE WE GOING TO SEE THE APPARENTLY, SO ELUSIVE, WALTER REED REPORT?

Just curious .. was Pyng the only one present at the Joint Operations Medical Training Centre, School and United States Army JFK Special Warfare Centre?

One of many uninformed shareholders
