Lost1, I'm a CPA & a "valuation" guy - so my reasons for WCAP being a good buy may not contradict Tom's reasons for WCAP being a "good short play"

- I see WCAP as nothing more than a closed-end mutual fund.

- Right now, WCAP's inventory - the potential of it - far exceeds the net asset value of the stock price

- However, if today is the start of a bear market - & no more ipo's - and all current share prices collapse - then Tom's prediction of single digits comes true.
