Does IBM have more capital to exploit their patents than Valence does?

Zeev, " keep your eye on the ball, not the patents". You spent countless posts discussing and analyzing Valence patents! Did you have your eye on the ball or were you distracted?

I agree patents alone are only one ingredient, but a huge factor in Valence's case in view of the manganese oxide and phosphate patents.

The people behind the company are another very important ingredient. IMO that ingredient is probably why Bellcore owns 1.5 million shares of Valence but has no stake in any of its other licensees that anyone has been able to find.

I hope you take a position in Valence before it gets too pricey for you. It would be interesting to read your posts once you have a purpose other than to drive the price down!

<<(I have 40 patents of my own, not in one field but in a plurality of fields).>>

Look at this egomaniac, he can't help himself, constantly self-promoting. Zeev do you look at yourself in the mirror and say "I'm one good looking guy" every day...geeez... It seems you need to express the pride you have in yourself, but it really doesn't add to the thread.. What the heck do your patents have to do with Valence Tech? Are you gonna post your resume here again? Or will you leave that to one of your lapdogs?

Give it a break, practice a little humility.

Zeev:

I see you've become a lightning rod over here. The question of course is does it make sense to buy the stock here @ $7 hoping it goes to $16 with a PO or jump on board @ $11 when it starts its take off. The risk (its amazing how many people are blinded to this) is with out a PO the stock will become worthless and you MAY be able to dump it between 4 and 5.

I guess there are a lot of people willing to take the 30% loss risk (and thats assuming they are quick enough to dump it) to hope for the incremental 50% gain they'll miss IF there not in the stock IF there is a PO.

There are better risk / reward value plays in the market right now.
