Dave,

My guess is that they are aiming for the end of May at this point. the only statements made have said "by June 30." Once SEC approval comes, it will be a breeze.

No....not yet Dave. Did anybody catch the article on LU in the Sunday N.Y. Times? Not very positive. They talk about Wall Street bumping up the price of LU, as it has become a Wall Street darling. The PE is not justified and their growth will be slowing down. We'll see how street reacts Monday.
