InfoStream, there are many folks who I respect who believe that DLIA will see the low 20s, even the teens. But they base this prediction on the value of the companies, not on possible market manipulation. I doubt whether it really matter what the price is concerning the expected purchase of DLIA shares by TURF. The point of the transaction was to move the money from the IPO to the parent. It is much like the price of a boxed position doesn't matter. So I'm very skeptical that much effort would be put into depressing the price of DLIA for this purpose, even assuming such a thing possible. As a matter of fact, since the creation of shares will dilute the current shareholders, of which there are substantial insiders, it could be argued just as logically that the manipulation would be to the upside so as to cause DLIA to have to issue less shares to get the cash.

But, take my analysis with a grain of salt. I'm a naive person and I believe that with the exception of a few blips, that supply and demand set share prices, not the MM's or the 'big money'.
