Meathead, remember, I'm talking about an incremental deal, not just incremental profits. One step at a time. At each step Big Blue relinquishes just a bit more, and perhaps Dell repatriates the work force so their is no loss of jobs. Get the guys in Armonk to visit Texas for a bit and see how it's really done.

meathead, chuzz -
this kind of deal is sometimes done with a joint venture. That arrangement allows the companies to get the incremental business benefit while keeping the GM and such in the parent firms from getting polluted. It is also a clean way to "wade in".
