Jeff - Those are all very positive/solid numbers. 8% turnover in staff is VERY low. That speaks to the fact that you have a huge pool of institutional knowledge to draw upon. To have 24 people devoted to Y2K for two years also says there was considerable work preceeding that to size the situation, make plans & get budget. You management saw a problem & didn't waste time pretending it would go away. They set about dealing with it. Trust me, you're on the right hand side of the curve... an early adopter. It is my experience that you do not have a whole lot of company. - David
