how do you know that the syquest lawsuit is without merit?
any legal pursuit against ORB by Syquest is probably the last thing bankrupt syquest is worried about - however i wouldn't be surprise if IOM pursues my vigoriously the suit in the future

my feeling with iom is that ORB is so off the radar right now that any suit would actually give ORB publicity something they desperately need.

much like the cost and benefits of waiting a full year until Sony finally showed up with 200 drive (which is the true FLOP ). IOM is in a position to take a wait and see attitude on ORB and respond accordingly.
