Phil, Thanks for the post. We have discussed this problem in the past and it is sad to say that the practice of prescribing Viagra over the internet goes on unchecked and unhindered. Too bad. Here is a brief writing stressing the importance of a good thorough history and physical exam as the most important first step in diagnosing and treating impotence: wellweb.com and then the next step of running some basic lab tests: wellweb.com I have seen the "evaluation" form for many of the internet sites that peddle Viagra. The questionaire is brief with the primary CYA question as to whether the customer is on nitrate drugs or has heart disease. That is about all that they screen for these days. Sad but true.
