I knew a guy once who had teflon balls. Honest. Or maybe it was teflon-coated balls. He was the first cousin of a guy I was dating, my knowledge is second (or third?) hand, he caught mumps when he was a kid and it went into his testicles, as mumps sometimes will, and they were removed and artificials put into the space so that he would at least look (and feel?) normal.
