I agree on IFCI, RE; COVD, they are in much the same business as IFCI, RCNC, and others. I came across them in Barron's, I'm no expert but this field has drawn a lot of attention from traders and my feeling is that institutional $ is right behind. The narrowness of the market is troublesome for Managers who are mandated to diversify. But this is where the action seems to be for now.I'm not very smart but I think I smell $.
