Lawtrader and Don,
There are still many others out here who are "still in" Range. Our investment here has not yet been profitable and while there has been considerable corporate activity we do not have any significant reserves to show for it.
I , like you, have been disappointed by such results. This notwithstanding, I remain optimistic concerning this company. It is clear to me that they are now very focused on developing the properties in Southern Ontario. I have been a buyer on the strength of their land position here. In my opinion Range has been trying to do too many things in too many places and I was heartened by their commitment of resources to Lambton County. In my mind these properties can be a company maker for Range.
I believe they are currently trying to negotiate the best of terms with several joint venture partners. Again I think this is positive as drilling this property will take significant cash reserves.
Check out their website for more details on the properties in the Michigan Basin. If I am correct it is this "play" that will turn this company around. I await an announcement concerning a joint venture ( I've been told they are in negotiations currently) and thereafter I believe we shall see some positive action on the stock price.
Don, I also believe it is the gas that will make this play all the more successful. The market for gas is forecast to become much better than oil. 80% of the prospects here are natural gas.
Best regards to all and hang in there a while longer.

D.W.
